1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix Neufchatel, barbecue sauce and sour cream until blended
3. Combine 2 tsp. onions, and 1/4 cup EACH cheddar and pepper-Jack cheese; reserve for later use. Add remaining onions and cheeses to Neufchatel mixture along with the chicken; mix well.
4. Spoon chicken mixture onto 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved cheese mixture.
5. Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
